Le Sigh
The angst! The feels! The intensity! The love! I can't even stand it with this book. Then you throw in the confusing mystery of it all and I am just so in love with all of it.
I'm not even going to attempt to review the plot because there are too many ways that spoilers can get out and I think this book is better going in blind. I will say that nothing is what you think and you do get an HEA. This book would translate to a movie so perfectly.
Nelson and Carly were the perfect choice for narrators. Nelson had the cocky asshole turned introspective idiot nailed and Carly does such a good job portraying characters from all ages and genders. They nailed it!

Nails on a chalkboard
Avery's voice is the absolute worst. So annoying and high pitched. Not to mention the male impersonations sounded like 80 year old men and not the 20 somethings they were supposed to be.

That ending!
I'm glad I held out and finished this book because that turned out interesting. Most of this book just drug on and was boring to me. I didn't see that twist coming though.

Amazing!!!
The only downfall to this story was the ending. I needed more. Ughhhh I hope there will be or is a follow up to their story. This really was such a great book!

Plot twist
I love stories with a plot twist. I read that there was one in this book, that’s why I started it. In the beginning it was a bit slow, I almost gave up. Good thing that I didn’t. WTF!!! I imagined a lot of things but never, ever what happened… definitely going to try other books from the same authors!
