My new favorite short story collection!
This short story collection is my new favorite--I couldn't stop listening to it! I have always loved short stories and the ones in this collection are strong and well-wrought. The stories rang true at the core and addressed some of the fundamental emotions we have all felt at one time or another: love, loss, fear, joy, insecurity. Fowler masterfully incorporates elements that are fantastical and realistic, making the collection truly compelling. Her reading voice is animated and soothing all at once and will draw the reader into this remarkable world she's created. I can't recommend this audiobook highly enough!
