3 in 1 Novella’s.

These are all good books and I recommend reading them in order, I personally waited until there was Site Wide sale on Audible and got them all as they are all along the same lines, unfortunately they are short, so I don’t recommend a full credit on them. They are best if read in order as the story line progresses, start with Marcus. If you are like me and love a good alien romance this is a good choice in a series. Like all series you have your favorites out of the bunch. Narrators are good.

Filling in the gaps

I have to say, I will be sorry to see this series end. 'Survivors' is the second to the last book in the Hell Squad series and it is a must read. Not only because of the stories, which are great, but these tales are a integral part of the story line, This is a group of three novellas that introduce the reader to other parts of the world of the Gizzida apocalypse and are tied directly to the final book. I love the characters in each of the tales - all showing the grit and intelligence that all of Ms. Hackett's characters exhibit and the action that you come to expect in her books

Ok but seemed different

Not sure why but these three stories were not as good as the rest; seemed a bit different and not as exciting in my opinion. Narrators didn’t seem to be into it as much. I’m am so ready to finally listen to Tane and Salina’s story!

Oh my goodness loved this book!! Anna knows how to bring a story together!! Loved the 3 short stories!! And the narrators know how to bring a story to life!! You fell like you are there!!!

Survivors: around the world

These three stories help to gain the larger worldwide picture of the alien invasion. We get to visit both America and Europe where the survivors are also searching for the other end game octagon bombs the Gizzida have stationed around the world.

Loved getting further glimpses into this world and seeing the connections between them.

Least favourite, felt rushed

Three novellas, 8 chapters each. All insta-lurve, no lead up or character building. If it wasnt important to know the Gizzida storyline, Id say save your credit. Awesome narration as always.

Survivors

These short novellas are a good representation of what it must be like to function in a world ravaged by aliens and what it must be like to adapt and survive the best way you can!! I like the resilient nature of the survivors and their take no prisoners mentality! Can’t wait to see the aliens get their butts handed to them!!
