Great

I would never really have thought to reach my kids survival skills but after listening to this I can definitely see why it is so beneficial.
It is written in a very straightforward and easy to understand way and will teach you all the practical things your kids need for survival.
Reminded me of girl guides I used to go to as a kid.

I particularly enjoyed the bit about building fires - had forgotten how to do this!

I thought my kids were relatively prepared before we listened to this. There were so many things that I had never thought of, especially the section on how to signal for help when lost. This book could truly be a lifesaver for you and your family. Highly recommend it for all parents even if you don't spend time in the wilderness. You never know when these skills might come in handy.

Must-have book for parents!

Life is full of surprises, it's best that you and your child are prepared for them. This book will do exactly that. It contains essential information that can help save anyone in an emergency situation in the wilderness.

What I enjoyed the most was learning about the natural bug repellents (because I hate bugs!), I didn't realize there were so many ways you can make this without any chemicals.

I highly recommend this book for parents and children!

There needs to be more book like this

This audiobook caught my attention because of the importance of children getting in touch with nature and the sense of playfulness and wisdom that nature brings forth from within them. This is an awesome way to get kids outside, it’s so good for you!! So I’m glad that this book is promoting that.

Must have to prepare the family

A must have to help prepare you and your little ones to go in a camping trip. The advices and facts are simple and logical. While very easy to follow and explained well/very detailed!

Essential survival skills

An excellent survival skills resource that anyone can use. I have been stranded alone in wilderness for a night during one of my hiking trips and it was a painful long cold night under a rock. It was despite my preparation. I am well aware of many of the things discussed here and it’s very helpful. It has refined my list and skills for my next adventure. Who would not benefit from a survival guide? Definitely worth listening.

A must-have for kiddos

This listen contains an incredible wealth of knowledge, narrated perfectly to cate to the needs of our little ones. I am not well-versed (to say the least) in survival methods, so even though this book is intended for children, I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the tips and information. I also plan on using some of this to share random skills with my students - they will love it! Every chapter is packed with valuable information, and I would highly recommend that kids have this listen at hand, because we never know when they might need it.
