Incredibly powerful and practical keys to break trauma and PTSD bondage! Must read

This book was recommended to me by a biblical counselor/therapist attending my church with whom I spoke about how I felt still so negatively affected by the past trauma/PTSD. I didn’t read this book until my church invited Dr. Mike Hutchings to offer his healing from trauma/PTSD workshop. In preparation for attending the workshop I listened to this audiobook and oh my! I already have experienced breakthrough and some level of freedom just by passively listening. I’m planning to read the physical copy now and really put my heart into these prayers to experience full freedom from trauma/PTSD bondage. I’m so grateful for Dr. Hutchings’s ministry as if I finally get free and start living a life free from being bound and crippled by trauma/PTSD and spirits associated with it…it’ll be such a blessing and a miracle worth waiting for 47 years. God is good! And I encourage you to listen to this transformational audiobook and take your time to speak those prayers over yourself (easier to do with a physical book in hand). This book lays the foundation for you to understand healing and restoration from PTSD. As I listened and came to the conclusion chapter I felt an initial sense of disappointment because I did not yet see an example of practical application. Then came the reading of the appendix where the practical application was presented and everything that was presented in the chapters of the book came full circle to a point of relevant understanding and application. I will be pursuing additional instruction from this organization and am very impressed with what was presented here in this book.
