Essential tools that everyone should learn.

in a world full of brokenness I am convinced that we need to start learning/teaching was to deal with the inner struggles we have due to the dark/hate filled world around us. This book not only opens your eyes to true healing but it also give you tools to be able to start your own journey as well as teaches you how to use these tools to help others. We would be living in a different type of work if we all learned these things from a small age. Don't hesitate to download this book and listen to many times and let your own healing journey begin!

Wonderful Book but Poorly Formatted on Audible

I want to say that I love this book and the SOZO program. I own the book in all formats, but the audible format is the only one that gives me trouble. The table of contents is not properly linked and not labeled. I’ve found ways around it but I would love to see the formatting updated.

Another review criticizes this book for stating that past experiences can leave scars on our perception of reality. I recommend this person go consult any psychology 101 book, because it is a well established fact that experiences shape our perception of ourselves and the world.

This book focuses on how to our relationship with God can heal wounds left from negative beliefs.

Good Resource

I found this to be a very informative and thought-provoking book. A good resource for deeper spiritual formation.

Excellent content with practical tools

I loved all the stories and the practical steps that help the reader understand how to set themselves free.
I was disappointed when the narrator mis pronounced several names in the book.
I hoped that she would have researched a little more to get the correct pronunciation.

A must have for anyone who wants to be free!
