Colonel James Donovan finds himself again knee-deep in another conspiracy, with a plot hatched in the Bahamas that takes him back to Havana. This time, Dono and Maggie battle Russian oligarchs and rogue Congressmen in a deadly plot to kidnap an American ambassador and steal her inheritance of $1.2 billion dollars.
