I absolutely loved this book. I'm still listening to it but already I am in awe and feeling for what most likely would be the last time The mixed feelings having a new book in the series of district 12 victors. I could go on and on and on and on about how much I love these books but honestly if you already love them read this.

The similarities
I liked how it brought the whole story together. I would like to hear more about Haymitch’s story and the rebels as they maintained their goal. It’s similar to Hunger Games as it should be. And to find connections helps make the story whole.

Soooooo Good
Omg….I have been waiting for the release of this book since I heard it was coming out and it did not disappoint! To say I am heartbroken is not an understatement. You know a little about what is going to happen going in, but the little Easter Eggs and connections made are well worth the read. The narration was perfect! I hope Jefferson White continues to narrate because he has a great talent for it. Don’t pass this one up!

Excellent prequel
This is a story of Haymitch’s experience in the hunger games, and helps you understand his character in book one. It’s an excellent story!

oh my God oh my god
I knew how his games ended, we all do from reading catching fire but somehow I still didn't know it was coming. I still didn't expect it to play out the way it did. my heart is wrecked
