The successful but lonely daughter of a powerful New York theater icon falls for her childhood imaginary friend in this touching love story.
As a little girl, Jane has no one. Her mother, a powerful Broadway producer, makes time for her only once a week, for their Sunday trip to admire jewelry at Tiffany's. Jane has only one friend: a handsome, comforting, funny man named Michael. He's perfect. But only she can see him.
Years later, Jane is in her thirties and just as alone as ever. Then she meets Michael again-as handsome, smart and perfect as she remembers him to be. But not even Michael knows the reason they've really been reunited.
Sunday at Tiffany's is a love story with an irresistible twist, a novel about the child inside all of us and the boundary-crossing power of love.©2008 James Patterson; (P)2008 Hachette Audio

Loved this book. Sundays does not let you down if you love a happy ending. A sweet book to listen to as I do my daily mundane chores, makes them a little bit nicer to do! Thank you James for another good one!

very sweet story.

Best narrator ever. But I found the story sopping with unimaginative and underdeveloped sentimentality. But others may like that sort of thing. And Its very short.

Amazing narrator but story is sentimental

Different kind of story

I loved the narrator. I saw the movie many years ago that is based on this book. Then it made me want to read the book. It's been years since I saw the movie and I can't remember a thing about it, which was probably a good thing for reading this book with fresh eyes. I thought it was a cute story. Interesting take. I know a lot of people had issues with Michael having a sexual relationship with Jane after having been with her so many years during her childhood like a father figure, but to me I just felt like it was 2 completely different points in time and 2 different people. She was very grown up by the time they reconnected. And he was different because of the circumstance. He was no longer an imaginary friend- but a man meeting a woman that he happened to have a connection with.
anyway, not a story for everyone but I enjoyed it. Now to rewatch the movie and compare.

Cute Story, Great narrator

It’s funny that once the book got toward the end, everything kind of came together for me. There was a underlying story to the overall story. At least I felt like there was one. Something the author was trying to tell everybody. There is a God, there are miracles, there are angels, and that know better how bad your life is God can make it better.

The underlying story
