Good perspective recap for those who have read the book
Do not assume this is a summary of Eckhart Tolle's, "The Power of Now." It is more like an inspirational lecture inspired by the teachings from the book. I listened to this AFTER I had already listened to a summary of "The Power of Now" by Ant Hive Media (which I give a full 5 stars to). It was a very good recap of the fundamental ideas from George Mentz's perspective and helped seal a lot of the main concepts for me. I'm very glad I bought this. It's very short and for a small price.
