Yes it was similar to the others but the stories all change. I liked this installment as well as the others. A little bit more of a cliffhanger but all is good. you keep writing and I will keep buyingand listening. the narrators as always were great.

these are great books

looking forward to the next book. just wonder when we are going to get books 9, 10, 11 you can leave us hanging.

Please stop the ridiculously long food description

I really enjoy these books but there has been super damn annoying food descriptions since book 1. I did not buy these books in any way, shape or form to hear for 20 minutes straight descriptions of food multiple times in each and every book. it now just seems like a lazy and annoying way to make the book longer. Descriptions of meals are fine but a 20 minute description of a sandwich is not enjoyable to me.

Can't wait for the next book to come out. Really engage with the story line.

As with the entire series I thought the book was well written and narrated . It was funny, adventurous and sexy all at the same time.

truly entertaining

I would leave many reviews on all my books I enjoy If I Had the Time and I truly enjoy these books they are very entertaining. The story is almost always good with only occasional lacking I'm detail and depth for what they are. The reading of the book is excellent though there are some fubars throughout the series.

My complaint about this installment is that it seemed short. At the price we pay for each one of these books they all actually seem a bit short but this one stands out more to me as being shorter than the rest. Overall these books, I think, should all be under $10 a piece.

I unfortunately don't make that call and I still buy them anyway because the series over all is great. when I'm done one I gotta get the next. kinda like the audiobook version of watching your favorite TV series on Netflix or Amazon video etc.

Problem is I can buy an entire season of walking dead for i.e. $24.95. Buying these audio books is like buying 2 to 3 episodes and the whole series is like one season (or a really long miniseries). so in comparison by the time I get to book 12 or 13 of the Succubus Lord series I'll will have spent the value of 12 to 13 credits or about $14 per installment. That is about $175 government or take. The way I see it I am getting one season of my favorite TV series but I am paying 7 times as much for it!

it's a different media sure and I dont know what goes into the production of it. However it has to cost a hell of a lot more to produce a season of walking dead than it does to produce this entire series so far...Just saying... The costs on these and similar books is quite high for what they are and in comparison to other productions per their production structure, story/plot content, length and timing? Just seems a bit "off".

They are entertaining and the performances are great and I'll keep purchasing. However, I am sure the prices of books on Audible aslo reflect some loss. I do think the return and replace etc policy is no risk and awsome. I get many books I just cant get into or buy prematurely but never actually read them. I returned all those Amazon permitted me to.

However,I am sure this generous policy is taken advantage of all too often and that lost income has to be be made up for somewhere. So these books may be a $7.95 value but the ease of returns and the likely over use of the return/replace feature by less ethical members makes for $13 to $15 audiobook experience.
