This was a great book. It’s perfect for someone in any type of life transition. The principles being taught in this book can be applied to all areas of life. I loved it. Well done, Venus.

The book is well structured

I like the structure and clarity of the presentation. I think there are other important aspects of diet that are not considered here. Look at Dr David Duarte from academia Unani as an option for dealing with Schjogren autoimmune síndrome. Venus might be greatly surprised. Overall, I appreciate Venus’ effort to share her experience to improve her life with us and I will ever thank her for it. Best regards
