Needs suggestions to stop yourself from eating
He does a wonderful job of getting you to relax so that you are more open to suggestions. However, he doesn’t give any examples of ways to distract or interfere with your desire to eat.

Disappointing
This is more a guided meditation and vague affirmations. Might help so people relax but I doubt if will help curb binging. Hypnotic suggestion to vague. And it so drawn out that it get distracted
