Still Waters a little too still

narration was good
internal conflicts were repetitive and over done. love tyne past two Hoag books but was a little disappointed with this one.

Still too much sexual tension.

Sex, sex, sex.

Would you listen to another book narrated by Joyce Bean?

She was too froggy with the men voices and the young 15 yo girl sounded like she was 6 years old. Other than that, okay with female characters.

Story was average, she just has to much sex and attraction right of the bat this time. REALLY!

awesome book

The book was great, as always. Couldn't finish it fast enough. And love the narrator!

another romance novel

I'm not a fan of romance novels, and since this one had the same old formula shes beautiful he's beautiful they hate each other they fall in love everything is rosy at the end, I wasn't too excited. The writing was well done the narrator was excellent so if you're a romance novel lover than this would be a very good book for you.

Just a fantastic Audible it still kept me on edge of my chair/bed/ears Liz was awsome I just love everything Tami Hoag does. 😄 Fi

A romance story not much of a mystery

Story was thin mystery was so well hidden it almost disappeared...this was a romance story with a little mystery...too bad read a lot of Ms Hoag's books in the past but this one made me gag

Still Waters

If you have ever read Tami Hoag then you know her style of writing does have lots of romance and some mystery. I read this many years ago and enjoyed the story, but I had a little harder time this time around due to Dane being a jerk to Elizabeth during most of the story, plus there was an annoying poor me mentality from all the characters. You can tell this book was made in the early 90’s, due to the lack of technology in the story and all the smoking done by most of the characters. I enjoy Tami Hoag’s later books more than her earlier ones. Another good one is Cry Wolf, Dark Paradise and 1. Dark Horse, 2. Alibi Man.

Another amazing Mystery

The intricate weaving of the characters was spellbinding. Joyce did a marvelous job on different voices for each person which fit the personalities and ages very well.

Stand alone

excellent story line, and twisted ending. keeps you listening for the next turn of events.

Loved the characters. The performance made the characters come alive. The main character was funny and witty.
