Through the author's testimony, she points you to Jesus. Jesus is the Rest needed. She backs up with scripture.

The content of this book is amazing! I identified with it a lot since I struggle with anxiety and finding my resting place in Christ. It gives you actual useful and relevant advice and ways to find that test. I’m recommending to my friends! Great narration as well!

Good information. Struggled a bit with the narration. Writer repeated herself in different areas of the book but overall was a good book.

Great wisdom, slightly robotic narration

My first exposure to Jenny Donnelly’s work, this text has great wisdom, but I didn’t enjoy the narration. The narrator over annunciated at times leaving some of the text having a bit less of a genuine feel to it.
