Interessant, auch für nicht-Fans
Ich konnte mit Apple noch nie viel anfangen und habe auch den Hype um Jobs nie verstanden. Von daher hat es auch 10 Jahre gedauert, bis ich mir aus Ermangelung an Ideen nun dieses Werk zu Gemüte geführt habe. Die Kritiken zum Buch hatte ich vorher nicht gelesen und somit eine Lobhudelei auf den Messias der Pseudoentrepreneure erwartet. Jetzt bin ich doch sehr überrascht. In dieser autorisierten Biographie wird Jobs als eingebildetes riesen A****loch porträtiert, alle paar Seiten flennt er wie Ronaldo nach einem verlorenen Finale, Körperhygiene lehnt er ab,... Sowohl die Story - bei der viele Wegbegleiter, Freunde und Feinde zu Wort kommen, als auch die Performance sind wirklich Top. Zwar bevorzuge ich in der Regel Originalversionen (also hier Englisch), allerdings fällt es mir gerade bei längeren Büchern leichter der Story zu folgen, wenn ich sie einfach auf Deutsch höre. Ich finde diese Version sehr gelungen.
