No, I rarely if ever listen to a book twice.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Stellar Fox?

Robert's confrontation with the Lord Captain in the Avalon's conference room.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

If I had that kind of time, yes.

Any additional comments?

I love the story. I like the political intrigue and battle tactics. Two little things bug me:

1) I am getting a little annoyed with everyone but the hero apparently being either a lesbian/homosexual/bisexual/hypersexual. We have the slut navigator, lesbian pilot and her nurse lover, bisexual Admiral, and mention of a flaming homosexual ship captain just to name a few. I guess the author is trying to make the 28th century seem progressive and inclusive, but all he's done is muddy up the story line.

2) Every scene change is announced with the location, date, and the "Earth Standard Meridian Date Time" I'm sure when the book is read in print that is a minor thing that can b e absorbed in a glance. In the audio version, it's getting on my nerves. But that is just me.

All in all though the book is worth the listen and I look forward to continuing the series.

started skipping

halfway traffic through chapter 13 it started skipping discontinue Tim chapter 14 and is reduced overall feeling about the performance

Good story but not much original

standard space opera stuff. technically well thought out. conflicts nicely done but typical.
I wood give 5 stars.

great story, but time/date/loc stamps unnecessary

There were a few moments that I had to suspend disbelief for a while, but action and pacing was excellent. That said, the time/date/location stamps were unnecessary and could've been skipped

interesting story

this was a fun book. and Eric brings the story to life. and was interesting point of view.

Great story, great character building and the performance by Eric Michael Summerer was amazing once again!

Name Dropping

I don't no whether to deplore or adore the author's single use of a Planet Name originally introduced by Edgar Rice Burroughs, that of Barsoom , Mars in that author's John Carter serucds. I think I am sure the author of Stellar Fox was deliberate here. There were some grammatical usage that would only be perceived one of my almost advanced age and education.

That being said, the story was great. The characters extremely likable and only hard to track because of the slowing of an aging biological hard drive.

Those who can do. Those who cannot , may write. Those whose cannot write, become critics. So I am acutely aware of where I an on this ladder.

I do recommend this nbook, this series ,"Terran Privateer ", another of the author's books and I am proceeding to read the next book in the series.

Too Much.

The author continues to detract from the story by showcasing people's sexual orientation / preferences. For goodness sake just write some nice sci-fi. He is actually good at that.

EXCELLENT STORY AND NARRATOR!!!

Loved it! The narrator was awesome!I hope the 3rd book will be narrated as well, by the same gentleman, as he made a already gr8 read even better. Thank you!

I can do without the woke pandering that seems to make an appearance in each story so far...other than that the overall writing and story's are good and the performances are enjoyable
