Not once, not twice, but many times over, the same hapless crew–give or take a few dozen casualties, on a supposed voyage of deep space exploration, stumble into the weird, wake the creepy, and trip over the downright terrifying and possibly even supernatural.

Would have been better with a different narrator.
Who thought it would be a good idea to have their sleepy grandmother narrate this book? I couldn't even finish. Every character had the same voice, slurred speech, and monotone delivery. The story may be great, but it is just a slog to listen to. I'm sorry but I couldn't make it through.

supernatural space opera
This book had me all over the place in a way the pushed me to look at how I ingest my science fiction. I was getting a feel that I was being led down a path of invasion then it was an invasion but technology based. The parallels drawn between science and faith are interesting and thought provoking. you will definitely be required to use your intellect and sometimes we need that. good listen.

Quite possibly the worst narrator I have ever hear
Take a bad narrator. Strip them of all emotion. Fill their mouth with marbles. You might get close to how bad this reading is.
