Liked that it was short and to the point. Loved that it was easy to comphred, especially your examples as they give me clearer understanding of each suggest.

This book was an eye opener. It not only allowed me to come to the realization of the fears that I have, but also allowed me to see how those fears have been preventing me from achieving my dreams. I'm now able to identify and work on overcoming my fears, protect my dreams and prevent self sabotage so I can accomplish all that I've imagined and more. Thank you Jessica.

What I Needed to Start

This short book is exactly what I needed to identify the negative barriers and fears holding me back. I laughed out loud more as I heard examples that describe my situation exactly. I’ll probably listen this through again as I start making my plans and changes needed for achieving my goals. Thank you Jessica, Gwendolyn, and Audible.

Quick & easy listen!

A nice quick listen about the people who you love in your life, may be holding you back! I recommend listening to, "No Fears, No Excuses", by Larry Smith instead of this, if you have the time. If not, listen to this.

This book lacks some details about different apps you can use on your phone to help with your progress. I say this, because that's what I liked that about Jessica Mark's, "Time management book for entrepreneurs". That book was for writers and creatives, whereas in this book she reaches out to a further audience, when she talks about addicts. "Don't go to the pub if you are a recovering alcoholic", she says in more or less words.
