Perfect for your evening routine

I started listening to affirmations when going to sleep and I truly saw a change in my life. For that reason I started purchasing a lot of different audiobooks with affirmations to always stimulate my mind with something new. This audiobook has the perfect length to be listening to when falling asleep. I will start my evening routine with it on already and then peacefully fall asleep. Love is such an important aspect of our lives so most of the days, I am playing these affirmations to fall asleep and give me a good feeling. Great!
