These are positive and have a clear goal style affirmations. I can see the benefits of using this during treatments. The chapters are broken up into 100 affirmation sections but I would’ve like to see them in sections specific to my ailment. Then I could reference a chapter according to my daily issue of nausea, loneliness, or chemo brain. But overall they are great affirmations to have.

Affirmations are very powerful. Repeated positive affirmations will make your mind believe it to be true and the magic happens- your mentality transforms and the healing begins. I have used the power of affirmations in my life with successes. The affirmations in this book are excellent. I believe patients fighting with cancer will get the inspiration and mental/ spiritual strength necessary to beat cancer by listening to these affirmations consistently. It can serve as a blueprint to customize their own affirmations if they prefer. Highly recommend.

This audiobook is a wonderful resource that calmed my mind and helped create a fantastic sense of peaceful energy where previously there existed negativity and anxiety. The narration is really uplifting and I've gotten in the habit of listening during my morning commute before I start my day at work. I have Strength!

It is a human nature that whenever we go through any difficult situation, we get scared. As we all know that cancer is a threatening desease even to hear so the person who suffers this desease needs alot of positive affirmations for better recovery. This is really a helpful guide for cancer patient. The author has use motivational words to boost the energy of a patient.

This book is a worthy reading for a patient and surely help them in recovery.

Wonderful Healing Messages

This book is an amazing collection of positive and healing affirmations. I am going to gift a copy of this book to my friend's daughter who is currently going through a round of chemo treatment. Although the title states that this book is geared toward cancer patients, I think anyone struggling with a serious health issue could use this book. Many of the affirmations given are applicable toward anyone suffering from a disease. I loved listening to the messages this book delivers and will listen to it periodically.

This book is a breath of fresh air. Cancer is an awful thief of joy and positivity. This book reminds you to be grateful and find the joy in the midst of trial.

Even if you have a friend or family member with Cancer, this book is a must have. There were so many affirmations that would not have occurred to me until I heard this book. Soothing sounds, soothing words.
