I love how you were able to share Zoe’s story. I’ve enjoyed all the books so far.

Behind Those Eyes...

The more I read this series, the more I want to hear about Soulmates and the depths of the love experienced in these situations. I loved reading about black love, pure and unadulterated. No drama, cheating, thugs, drugs people clawing their way to get what they want. I can't relate to that world but this one...yes, this is what I want to fill my soul up with. This is the type of love I want to teach my daughter about.

Zoe and her family, full of strong, beautiful and intuitive black women interwoven into their culture and beliefs makes me want to dig deep when it comes to knowing who I am as a black woman, wife and mother. These woman operated in patience and stayed in the lanes that they were placed in, and allowed life to happen to them just as it was intended. Now I'm excited to read the mother's story to see where things went wrong.

I love how God is still the focal point of each of the women's gifting and that they always acknowledge that.

Some may see these stories as pure fiction and repetitive in each of the women's lives? but for me, it's just confirmation that true love is real and worth waiting for 💚!
