Songs About Finding Love is a songbook with songs that range from an invitation to love to finding love again after a breakup. The book features five newly updated songs that were originally written in 1994.
The songs begin with a high-spirited invitation to fall in love, followed by a song on finding love based on a new understanding of what’s important in a relationship. The next songs reflect the desire to rekindle the magic from the beginning of a relationship and the difficulties of getting over a past love.
The songs end with a determination to find love again, whether by renewing a previous relationship or moving on. The songs that tell this story are: “I’ll Take You on a Great Ride with Me”, “I Didn’t Think I’d Love You but I Do”, “Let’s Not Call Out Going, Going, Gone”, “Repo Girl”, “Jigsaw Puzzle of My Heart”.
