More than friends

When besties, since little kids - Tripp (h) & Alex (H), have been holding back their true feelings for well over a decade, you know when they finally get together it's going to be hot, intense, and sexy AF! This one def delivers. There is a ton of pent up tension between these "friends" and a lot of innuendoes as they have no boundaries because of the security in their friendship. This story starts at a slow simmer but quickly turns to high heat. 🥵 Phew. It's hot in here.
Here's the kicker: Tripp is in an open relationship and begs Alex to move in with her & her boyfriend, Lucas.
Joe Arden and Maxine Mitchell are a great duo and bring all the heat when telling this story.

Enjoyed listening to this. Cute story line and story telling. Easy listening and doesn’t require constant focusing.

Great story with a HEA. Best friends to lovers and good spice. And as always, Joe and Maxine were phenomenal with the narration

I loved the first book but this one just had me!! loved the story line

The Best Friend

Friends who have been there for each other during the lowest of lows come to a crossroads when Lucas encourages Tripp and Alex to "get cozy". I mean Lucas is a fool. Obviously the two have a connection that's unmatched. Going from friends to lovers is a big step. Will the two be able to make it?

A fast fun listen. I will listen to more in the series. The readers are awesome.

I absolutely loved this book. Narration brought it to life, and Joe Ardens' voice just made the spice increase.

Alex and Tripp!

I loved this story! Definitely better than the first. I would love to read the story of Harley and Ace. Maybe even a story about Lucas finding love!
