this will make your team defense good

I am having difficulties before in defending, having the same problem as Dylan mentioned. I never thought about the tactics he mentioned in 1v1 situation where he pushed the attacker to his weak foot is useful. There are still lots of lessons I've learned from this book. You must also give this book a try.

Defending is one of the most important parts of soccer. This book is a great resource for any soccer player or coach. It will teach you the fundamentals about defending and how to use this part of the game in a strategic way. What stands out in this book is that it teaches you a defensive mindset that is very important for developing soccer players.

I Didn't Realize Defensive Positioning Until Now!

This book was awesome about how to position my body/how to stand, where to push defenders on the field, how to make life harder for a forward, and some great tips I've never thought of as a defender! This was an awesone book!
