When fate brings 2 old loves back together its time to put the past behind them. Meghy has forgiven him but he must forgive himself so they can move on. This is a very short but sweet romance. It makes you want to get a cup of coco and sit by a warm fire. The narration was very nice and easy to listen to.

Sweet short second chance love story!

Short, sweet and heartwarming second chance love story. I love the story of Mack and Meghy. I love the beautiful HEA. I enjoyed my listen. The narration was good and easy to listen. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Second chance love...swoon

Mac is a successful musician and is back in the hometown that he escaped many years ago. Meg is an author, and former bff of Mac, who spends her days hiding out at home. Go figure that on a rare run to the coffee shop, she sees Mac. Will these two former best friends overcome past hurts and have a second chance at love? This was a sweet novella that IMO, could be expanded into full length...it really wetted my appetite.

Short sweet and to the point

It moves nicely along in this fast pace romance. It is such a sweet story of childhood friends to love but it has taken a few years to make it all happen. I thought this was a delightful story that I really enjoyed.

The narrator did a good job there was a few places where the wording was repeated and could be a easy fix. I thought she gave good emotions, lovely character voice, her normal voice is very pleasant. There are no volume changes and no background noise.

Quick, short, sweet Christmas Novella

This is a super short second chance romance about two childhood friends reunited. There's no sex or steam to melt the snow this it's considered a "sweet" romance.
My only critique would be that I felt there were still some unanswered questions and feelings about why they were separated and I would have liked that conversation included.
Other than that, it's read well by the narrator and would be a nice listen when you just need something quick.

This is just a sweet love story. Nothing much happening. he comes back to town see's old flame and they're happy ever after
The author does not go deep into the characters or the story.
The narrator is good.
the story just flow's into one ear and out the other, doesn't leave much behind.
