Narrator drove me crazy

Susan Mallery is a great writer, I love her books but the narrator in this series sounds like she’s just read to you or that the woman are whinny.

Buchanan Family Saga

Read the 4 books in order. Wonderful storylines with all the elements needed to keep you listening.

Just Amazing!

I personally loved this book! Though it did get a little graphic sometimes(and by a little i mean alot)This book was amazing! This is a must download book! ♥

A very interesting listen!

This is a very good audio book. The story is interesting and I keep wanting to hear more of the story. The narrator is very good, BUT the only problem I have is that all the voices sound the same to me. The narrator doesn't have very many different voice qualities and this makes distingusing the voices very hard.

Abridged?

This book has a lot of potential, but it seems like there are gaps - too much is happening off page. And there is a side story that doesn’t really go anywhere and doesn’t fit. I wonder if this is a poorly abridged version of this book.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

Please understand this is just my opinion. I'm not a fan of the tuff ugly duckling heroin Lori. I know it's character development, but I didn't like Lori and her storyline. And, the narrator didn't due Lori's character any justice. I would make changes to Lori's character. Her story was important, but she needs BETTER development.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

A little more character development and new narrator would make this book more enjoyable.

Which character – as performed by Alyson Silverman – was your favorite?

Alyson Silverman was just a reader. All the characters sounded the same. Pretty much impossible to have a favorite.

Do you think Sizzling needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

For all the reasons stated above, I do believe Sizzling needs a follow-up

Entertaining

Light humor, very entertaining. A great listen to relax by.

Bad narrator

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

The narrator ruined it for me. I love SM books but this one missed the mark.

sizzles but better read together as series

Third book in the series. Still a fun series. I just didn't find that the sudden turn around of Gloria realistic. Just like Cal I wanted to look for pod people. Besides that I liked the story enough. Being a part of series makes this book much better.

Why music

Story was great - but the music in the back ground at beginning middle and end was incredibly annoying and cheesy.
