Original lectures by Feynman

What a gift to have the original lectures given by Feynman himself in audio format. I listened while reading the physical book version and had no troubles. Audio is clear after the early chapters. Some varied verbage and jumping around compared to the book (which is more detailed) but all things considered it is easy to follow and well done. Highly recommend to a science enthusiast of any level.

Absolutely terrible audio

I love this book, and I love Richard Feynman. I understand wanting to have this narrated by the author himself. However, the audio for the first chapter is incomprehensible. I can only understand every second or third word, at best. I am shocked they released this as a product. There’s a mention at the beginning that the audio for chapter one is particularly bad due to failed restoration efforts, but I wasn’t prepared for how terrible it is. It’s impossible to follow along. I can’t understand why they wouldn’t have just had someone else record chapter 1. Do not purchase if you have any desire to listen to the book in its entirety.
