Story is terrible, constantly repeating the same information. People other than Holmes are coming up with clues. Not sure who’s telling the story. What I listen to, Watson has spoken maybe two or three times.

Disappointed. I really want a refund on the wasted hours of my life! This feel anything but, a Holmes and Watson adventure.

it is an not an easy listen. You can't stop, and pick it up later, as the writer has an unnecessary habit of using huge long, often redundant, discriptions of thoughts, and situational surroundings.
I found it unexpectedly far more complex then needed.
The writer, I noticed, often deferred to discriptions of weather, surroundings, and "thoughts", that where completely unnecessary.
several occasions, there where entire paragraphs of discriptions that where completely unnecessary.
Holmes and Watson where characters that almost where unrecognizable. they talked and behaved in a way, that this story SHOULD not have used their names for sales sake.
this is almost unrecognizable as a cannon sequel.
I don't recommend.
Entirely too much undesirable verbal dirreah.
My comments echo the style of the story, always surrounded in thick fog that would makes it's way deep into your bones, a feeling that one would think, wouldn't retreat again until a London's August hot daytime, whilst sauntering casually around Hyde park, ladies dressed in their finest dresses that swished as the ladies walk, gentaly holding the arms of their make companions.
