A leap in consciousness

I have been reading Books on consciousness, energetic healing, Quantum techniques, Mindfullness, You name it , I've read it.
Light years ahead of anything out there.

This is an awesome take on the typical ego, subconscious and conscious. Aleyas meditational cups are refreshing and leave you feeling light and hopeful. Good job Aleya, I wish I lived closer so I could have you work on me. I lost my daughter tragically this past year and I'm lost, hopeless and frozen in time, looking for something to help me change my perspective on life so I can live again for my other daughter who is still alive here on earth and deserves more then this shell of a person ive become and whom I no longer recognize.

listening to the seven cups of Consciousness has made me feel more aligned as a person and I feel that my team and spiritual guides are stronger as well! Aleya definitely has a lot of wisdom and did a beautiful job writing and narrating this tome!

Well Explained Book

I'd have to say this is one of the best books 📚 I've read.. She gave her own experience.. Then gave her own experience on what works and how to go about doing it her way. Even offers more help on her website. Again great book. A must read if you are on the path of becoming completely conscious being.

SIMPLY EXCELLENT.

I have Deepak Chopra 's "7 rules for success "in my library for 24/7/365 for ready reference and I read this whole book twice in a week. But now your this book is also going to stay just like Devine line next to spinal cord. Very good book. Try to read "Spinal meditation " on Amazon, another good book. If you read any book on SOUL development, like "Lives between life", Journey of souls" by Dr. Newton, you will see they all use "breathing techniques " which originally evolved from India by name "Prayanam ", study of knowledge to learn how to breathe.

Must Read

I've read this three or four times over the years. A must have for the Earth School library.

A great guide to high consciousness

I have ready a fair amount about, enlightenment, higher consciousness, etc. and I have to say Aleya did a great job expanding on multiple different things that can be accomplished through consciousness. She is a great guide into meditation.
