It’s a war that’s been going on for so long that massive casualties have forced both sides to starts replacing humans with more and more sophisticated machines on the battlefield, the result of which is that battles have grown even more terrible, devastating entire worlds, leaving behind graveyards, where surviving machines roam the desolate landscape, fighting among themselves while fulfilling their orders.
