Good book to listen to for those trying to figure themselves, very informative and well spoken.

Practical approaches to used

Great reminder to all who seek thyself. We often feel we know ourselves however we only know a bit. We should be ready to discover oneself by giving up some important notion that we have about ourselves to become something we only dreamt of.
