This book is a collection of interviews by top selling real estate agents and provides details into the areas that they think have been the most essential for their success. These include having market knowledge and gaining continual education, staging and marketing the property, networking, and being skillful in creating a CMA and providing insights into profitable pre sale improvements. This book was also, in part, an endorsement for the LUXE listing specialist certificate program.
I think I might have enjoyed this more with a better narrator. The male narrator, in particular, was either speaking in monotone or sounded as if were yelling.
