One of the best self mastery books I read/listened

I love how detailed this book was and that certain concepts were expounded on, I appreciated the references as well so I can read other similar books. I will definitely read again.

Enjoyable experience

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in self improvement. There are many gems of practical tips and action steps to assist your achievement. Personally, I enjoy everything that Mitch Horowitz writes and narrates.
