Pretty neat book -- if you run a business or supervisor employees it is worth check out. I received this audiobook at a discounted price in exchange for an honest, unbiased opinion.

Nice Audiobook

Scrum basics discusses the history and principles of Agile project management in a simplified enough way for even those with no experience in the field to understand. It breaks down the differences in traditional offices compared to Agile ones and takes time to explain the terminology used in both the field as well as Scrum practice.

I loved It

The books go into the early years of development of programming being unsuccessful due to over emphasis on pre-planning and not working with customers to ensure their needs were being met throughout the development process.

Awesome Audio Book

This is a great little book about Scrum basics and agile project management. If you aren't familiar, Scrum is basically a framework for completing complex projects. This books teaches you where what scrum and agile project management is all about and how to use it.

This book is basically about how to work with customers and their programming/software development needs in a streamlined process to achieve results.
