Acerca de esta escucha

If You Can’t Stop Scrolling—This Book Isn’t Just a Recommendation… It’s a Rescue Mission.

You tell yourself, “It’s just a few minutes on my phone.” But hours disappear.

You wake up checking TikTok. You fall asleep with Instagram in your face. You feel burned out but overstimulated. You know you’re addicted—but you also feel like you can’t unplug without falling behind, missing out, or falling apart.

The result?

Your focus is shot.

Your sleep is trash.

Your brain can’t slow down.

Your self-esteem is being auctioned off one dopamine hit at a time.

And here's the brutal truth:

If you don’t fix it now, it gets worse. More anxiety. More screen time. Less creativity. Less real joy.

Scrollproof – Quit Social Media Addiction is the first step-by-step 21-day dopamine reset designed to break the loop of digital compulsion using real science—not fluff—and give you a permanent escape route from the never-ending scroll.

Inside This Book, You’ll Learn:

• How to rewire your brain to stop craving social media—starting on Day 1

• The 3 psychological traps that keep you stuck in scroll loops (and how to break them fast)

• Why willpower fails—and the "dopamine scheduling" technique that doesn’t

• The exact 21-day plan to permanently fix your relationship with your phone

• How to use hypnotic language patterns and affirmation science to retrain your subconscious

• What your anxiety and burnout are really telling you—and how to fix both without meds

• The morning and night routines that 10x your energy, sleep, and self-trust

• How to rebuild focus and creativity in under 7 minutes a day—even if your brain feels fried

Bonus: A Free Printable Journal to Support your Journey

You’re not weak. You’re neurologically outmatched. But Scrollproof gives you the tools to reclaim your chemistry, your habits, and your identity.

This made me see social media for what it really is a trap. But what I liked most is that it doesn’t just bash it, it gives you tools. Real tools that helped me break the habit.
I listen to music more. I journal now. I notice birds and clouds and stuff I forgot I liked. Felt weird at first, but now I feel more like myself again.
And no, I’m not off the grid. I just feel in charge.

Finally unplugged

I usually roll my eyes at these types of books but this one surprised me. It made sense. No hype, no guilt-tripping. Just clear advice and surprisingly doable stuff.
Still use my phone, but it doesn’t use me anymore.

It actually helped
