Kristen knows men hide things. Case in point, her last boyfriend turned out to be married. Just like anyone else, Kristen is devastated. However, since Kristen evaluates people for a living, her ex's duplicity has her searching for a new career as well as swearing off men.
Touring history museums with her sexy friend Ethan doesn't count, because he has a girlfriend, and has only shown friendly interest in Kristen. He even helps with her career counseling tasks. Although Kristen has a secret crush on Ethan, spending time with him is safe. Until she discovers he's actually single. Gasp. And now he's flirting with her, too.
Suddenly, Ethan is way too dangerous. Not to mention tempting. Sure, he seems like 60 shades of perfect, but how's a girl with bad judgment supposed to detect what skeletons he has in his closet?

What a great book from Susan Hatler! I could not stop listening. Martha Lee brought to life the characters, their personalities, and emotions - the reasons why I love audiobooks (and because I have a long work commute). The story captures all the angst of the unknown, and the excitement of a budding romance. It was funny, witty, and relatable with a dash of good life lessons. Saving the date for the next one. Well done Susan!Saving the date for the next one!

I like stories where the H/h start out as friends and become more, and Susan Hatler did a wonderful job of telling a full story, in a short story amount of time. I hadn't read any of the other 'Better Date Than Never' books, and while they aren't necessary to enjoy this story, I really would like to go back and read (or listen to) the others.
Awesome and cute

Well I was so excited when I got this book, I had read the others and hadn’t read this one yet. I then got an offer to listen to this book from Audible and to give an honest review. It has been years since I listened to an audio book. I felt this book read and I listen to it well, the writer, Susan Hatler, did an awesome job as I love her Better Date than Never series. The narrator did a great job and her voice was perfect and soothing.
I am glad I finally got to read about Kristen, I loved the way this character was so unsure about her life and that even changed careers. Well I didn’t love that idea, but she needed a change and to find out that she is ok . I really loved how she tried to find the right thing to do. The story is great, worth the read. I give it 5 stars.
Great Read
