Not for the easily offended

Ive had to wait a few days to write the review on this one cause my mind was all over the place. In the end.... This book falls into my favorites list. This is not a safe love story, its not for someone looking for a fun story. Its twisted, its manipulative and hot as sin!! The sexual scenes are awesome, the story is so different that its awesome! Wil the bad guy win??

Awesome series( even if I want to shoot the bastard myself!….and bang him…like 60/40). I think this is the only series I have ever read that somehow manages a complex interesting plot while being 80%+ smut! A big part of that is probably because the sex scenes are all unique. It’s not that boring kind of plugged in copy paste style scene that are common in smutty romance. The scenes are complex, kinky, numerous, and more or less relevant to the plot. The characters are masterfully written. I was very Impressed with the manipulation and gradual deterioration of the fc (Elizabeth) state of mind. Its seriously cringe worthy bordering on painful to listen to! I think what makes it so good/ fucking terrifying, is that I can imagine it happening to me. If those same events happened to me, I'm sure I would end up exactly the same( despite wanting to think I'm stronger and would never fall for it etc..). Spooky concept! You really start to feel her fear and confusion in this book. Great character progression throughout the series.
If you like it dark and extra taboo no apologies dirty… search no further. This is the book for you! Awesome duet narration is just the cherry on top. More than worth the credit!
