Where does it come from?
In John 14:27, Jesus says, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you." The follower of Christ believes peace comes only from Him - both in this world and in the next - through the hearing of His word, by the power of His Spirit. His Word makes me wise (Matthew 7:24). I don’t know I fell asleep PEACEFULLY
No idea about 75% of this book because without having to grip on to my rosary, I slept like a baby. A happy Christian baby. And I’m dying of Cancer.

Not ideal for sleep😎
Much more effective as a scripture teaching device, than as a sleep aid🧐
The tracks are short; the silence and re-emergence of sound is a bit jarring; the changing of keys with each track; the varying of the volume between tracks; none of these, are ideal for sleep👨🏻🎓
