This Book has really helped me deal with the battle fields in my mind! So when the committee starts I simply say meeting adjourned!When issues from my past and things trying to put me down when I'm unsure myself I simply say Meeting a adjourned! When I Make a mistake in my mind saying you're no good. Or God will never forgive you I simply say, I am Progress not perfection!
