How the fuck do we just slide by assault and almost rape with no repercussion or addressing. She fucking down played the assault to keep the attention off if the team....!??? WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK!????
What kind of message is this!?? I get that we don’t read these books for major life lessons but that is just plain unacceptable!!
While Sawyer Bennett is still one of my favorite authors and this series being one of my all time favs, Ryker was my least favorite of the series so far.
I DO HAVE TO THANK HER FOR GIVING ME THIS BOOK WITHOUT THE LAST MINITE RIDICULOUS BREAKUP/FIGHT FOR “THE GREATER GOOD”

ENJOYED...

This was a sweet, happy love story. I LOVED Ryker and Grey. Graham Halstead did an ok job narrating but Cris Dukehart came very close to ruining the entire “vibe” of the story. Her voice simply did not fit the part of Grey, and neither narrator could voice the opposite sex very well. But, this book reminded me of book #1 of THE CHICAGO STARS series which was one of my favorites, so I discounted Dukehart’s performance and enjoyed the story.

My favorite so far

This one is my favorite story in the series so far! I liked Grey and Ryker! I rooted for them through out the story. I liked the fact that she was a strong female lead.. She was his equal. She didn’t need to be saved or protected. Great story! On to the next book!

A perfect romance :) **this is a must read series**

I have read every book by Sawyer Bennett and I must say I am never disappointed. This was a beautiful romance and I only had to roll my eyes a couple times, unlike most romances where you want to strangle the heroine and tell her she's being a moron. I don't like lots of angst and this was the perfect combination of drama and happiness. And for once one of the lovers didn't let the other go "for his/her own good" as seems to be the case in most romances. I hope there will be another cold fury book coming after this as I am hooked on those hotties!!! <3

This time TWO Cold Fury Team figures find love

I've loved all the Cold Fury books, and I try to pace myself to make sure they last a while. I liked Ryker, but it was probably my least favorite of the series. For whatever reason, I found it less easy to instantly relate to Ryker and Gray, and I found the sex scenes a little too frequent and over-the-top. Tiny, insignificant details also niggled at me: if Gray had been such a phenomenal athlete, why was she satisfied now with a gentle yoga workout? And then there was the dénouement: I thought Gray was too quick to make the decision she did. But the bracing excitement of hockey was there, as was the great camaraderie of the team. And in the end, the love between Ryker and Gray proved true and beautiful. I've already put the next book in my queue.

Lawd..lawd...lawd ...I love 💗 me some Sexy Ryker. Ryker is most definitely my favorite Cold Fury team mate so far!

Ryker/Cold Fury Hockey Review...

Great story with great narration. Actually had some deeper plots unlike other audiobooks like this, which I enjoyed (good job, author!). Both male and female narrators were spot on. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review

Great addition to the series

I'm going through the Cold Fury series and i'm loving it. I really like the characters- Ryker for instance was so sweet with his daughters and I liked him even in the prior book. Well, he and Gray, the new general manager of the Cold Fury team had a slow burn romance. it was especially sweet because both of them really supported the other and their relationship rolled our really well. There wasn't that much hockey, which is kind of funny given both were so entrenched in the game itself. The story was more about their relationship but also about the difficulties that come when a woman wants to get entrenched into what is a male dominated field. Well done!

I've listened to Cris and Graham narrate all the other prior Cold Fury books and they were as good in this one as the others. They played multiple characters well and overall, were good to listen to.

Ryker and Gray

Almost a forbidden attraction, Ryker and Grayson have a mutual respect for each other as professionals but also an undeniable attraction. Both of them can't keep away, but know the complications if they were outed. But gradually, the secret surfaces and choices have to be made between their love for each other and the threat of ruining their careers.
Cris Dukehart and Graham Halstead continue as the narrators in this book in the series.

5 of 5 Ryker STARS!!! I need and want A RYKER EVANS! Where may I find a magic mistletoe to conjure up a RYKER? I was happy, crying, then needed a hockey ice stick to cause some damage (well no more needs to be said; My Secret ;)
Well-written compelling plot. Bennett knows how to write a humorous sex scene and have a reader laughing. Love the many deference of morals entwined into the plot. Thank you for the 101 on hockey. I'm speechless!
