It was a pretty good read
It was a good read however The story became unrealistic At the end. I was not a fan of the narrator. The dialect was so east coast that I sometimes couldn’t understand what was being said. Also the reading didn’t always flow. Too many pregnant pauses and re-reads

When your family secrets are bad & beneficial
This story had me ready to fight from start to finish. But I love this family. There were plenty of times I caught myself fussing & cussing out loud at these characters. I'm not new to Octavia but this surely stands up to my expectations.
