My Two Pennies

To hear this story as an audiobook was amazing. Elizabeth Tebb is a phenomenal narrator that expressed each and every emotion perfectly to really have you feel what these characters were going through. I love a good MC book and this story was absolutely incredible. Maven is a strong confident bad ass don't mess with me kinda woman and I LOVE HER! Now when it comes to Dornan, oh my my my Dornan. There is not a single thing about this man that I don't enjoy, hot sexy alpha male? I'm yes please! The chemistry between these two is off the charts and will leave you aching for more. I couldn't put this book down nor did I want to, it flowed beautifully and I can't wait to jump into book 2 of this series. Highly recommend reading this story, you will not be disappointed. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Characters Come to Life

I have to admit, I had read this in book format once already and loved it. So, when I heard it was in audiobook, I jumped at the chance to listen to it as well. I love the way audiobooks have a way of breathing life into the characters. Olivers story was amazing in both formats. The narrator did a good job of changing up her tones for characters and only a little bit of background noise distracted me once or twice. Overall I highly recommend a listen if you love MC Romance with lots of heat and a sweet hero willing to give his all for his best friend, who also happens to be the girl of his dreams.

I absolutely love this series and can't get enough. I have already read this series and jumped at the chance to start it again on audible. I love the narrator, her voice was smooth and fit the character perfectly. Even when she was doing other characters it was easy to follow along and kept you entertained throughout the entire story. This is one of the best MC series out there and the storylines of each character makes it a standout among other books.

Maven and Dornan come to life!

There's no doubt that my first audiobook would have to be for one of my favorite must read series. This book is unlike any MC romance that I've read before. Maven and Dornan's relationship was such a roller coaster of emotions that I couldn't get enough of. Running With The Devil is such a compelling and heartbreaking story that I couldn't wait to listen to the audiobook! The narrator did such an impeccable job in capturing the essence and mood of this riveting love story. Furthermore, I loved how the narration made this wonderful story and colorful cast of characters come to life so effortlessly. I couldn't help in feeling immersed in the world of Plantain! Despite the few moments of background noise, I found the narration very enjoyable and highly entertaining. As my first experience of using an audiobook, I'm very excited in listening to the audiobooks for this highly addictive series!

This story is so good. And sometimes with audio books, certain parts can be uncomfortable. The narrator did a great job.

The narrator really brought the story to life. She's just how I heard Maven in my head.
