Illuminating take on older adulthood

I am a young retiree and I appreciate the ideas and advice presented here. This is a good read and good advice for anyone serious about living their best life.

Positive reference to Anthony Fauci

The audio quality was inconsistent—especially the “tips” sections, which were noticeably quieter and hard to hear while driving without adjusting the volume. While the author presented the topic clearly and offered some solid, practical suggestions, I lost confidence in the book when it included a positive reference to Anthony Fauci. That mention felt unnecessary and detracted from the message, given Fauci’s association with greed and corruption in my view.

Wonderful resource for the wonderfully resourced

It’s hard to feel sorry for the rich, but the author prevails anyway in this Boomer convention elitism.
