Unable to break the cycle of bitterness and grief, Liam has some unwanted intervention from both the feisty, no-nonsense abbess as well as an unexpected addition to the medical team. Amidst the rampant disease, drug-trafficking, and deadly creatures of the Amazon, two doctors find a sense of purpose and learn the true meaning of sacrifice. Informative Stary Eyed Romance
The entire O’Brian Brothers series is so good. They are of course romance that is destined to be but also I have learned so much. Each book is a lesson in everything from PTSD, wounded warriors to Irish political history and Brazilian missions , Deforestation and drug trafficking. SR manages to give us a romance fix while making us aware of very important and worthwhile social injustices.
