New and unlikely alliances are forged while old enemies churn forth new grievances, testing the limits of every relationship. Another fantasy masterpiece

Rise of the Pendragon is a wonderful continuation of Hofer's saga. Her writing is lyrical. Her characters have depth. The story was gripping. I look forward to furthering this journey with her next book.
The reading was like sitting around a campfire, under a star dappled sky listening to a bard spins his tales.
