Love it!
Jim Dale could probably make the information on a toilet paper package sound exciting!
This Pooh continues book was enjoyable and works well for kids and adults. It was a worthy listen.

Glorious Jim Dale
Like many Americans, I grew up with such British childhood classics as "House at Pooh Corner." Yet one forgets how veddy British they are, till one hears one's favorite characters, from Christopher Robin to Eeyore, speaking with gorgeous accents, and Rabbit sporting a Scottish brogue, all provided by the glorious Jim Dale. David Benedictus does a fine job bringing Pooh and his pals to life, updating the original ever so gently here and there. The premise of "Return to the Hundred Acre Wood" is Christopher Robin's return from prep school for summer vacation. And then, in addition to Owl, Piglet, and the rest, there's a new character, Lotte the Otter, who adds her own feminine (and hilarious) touch to the forest. I hope Benedictus and Dale team up again to bring us more pleasure. And more HUUUUMMMMMMS! I've never heard a hum before, and, yes, this is exactly how they should sound! :-)

For adult and children who love Winnie-the-Pooh
I loved this book!! Jim Daley gives an enthralling and excellent performance. I grew up loving Winnie-the-Pooh and I still enjoy it as an adult. This book is written in the spirit of A.A. Milne, but with an freshness of new character and adventures. I could not stop listening to the end. Then I had to share it with my husband and listened again.

Poor Narration
Nothing compares to Peter Denis’ reading of A A Milne’s writing. The narration of Return to the Hundred Acre Woods was hard to listen to. The voices are all wrong for the characters we know and love. The stories are okay enough, but we will stick to the House at Pooh Corner.
