My first book of Real state and I learned so much

This book totally changed my mind on what I should buy and how to manage a property. You MUST read this book is a MUST. The only thing is that it does not talk about how to get money if you won't have to buy properties but there are many books for that. This book is amazing. If you're serious about change, it's a must-read, or listen.
