In regards to helping someone with problems and knowing how to do it the right way, this audiobook is the best at that. Really good.

Would you listen to Remote Energy: How to Send Healing Energy to Someone You Love again? Why?

I would highly recommend listening to this book twice. It's very good but there are some advices and tips that I forgot, so listening it again is beneficial for you in the long term.

I listened to this book during my car rides and made me relax, positive, and even inspired me to become nicer to people.

The audiobook provides some great insight and also indirectly shows you how to brighten your day by brightening someone else's. Good book and I would recommend is to anyone.

Thank you so much for sharing this wisdom. I know that thoughts and words really have power but focusing on the vibration of forgiveness, love and gratitude has greater power in healing the person to whom it is sent. This is what others call miracle and we can all have that miracle that we need! :)

Remote Healing is a fascinating audiobook that I couldn't stop listening to Barb's teachings. I especially like her detailed writing about how this works and how meditation and journaling can help greatly on knowing myself and in increasing my vibration. Thank you! Personable and Helpful

What hooked me right away was how personable this guide was. Barb has a way of relating this meditation guide to anyone who is willing to listen along. She's very gentle with her words, yet purposeful and direct.

I particularly liked the inclusion of how to journal along with meditation, and about your daily life in general, as a way to see your own progress and patterns over time. I've always struggled to start a journal because I don't know what to start with, and she gave me a few helpful ideas to get started! Thank you Barb!

I would recommend this book to anyone interested in meditation and sending loving energy to others. The guided meditation was very effective for me... I usually drone out, but I was able to follow this one all the way through! I'll be referring back to it for more practice.

Thank you Barb, your guide is a gift. My only critique is that the narration sounds robotic...beautiful voice but the audio rendition takes away from that.

I liked an audio book version than print version. It's less hassled to read and you can listen to it anytime.
