Decoy and Folk are my fave

That was everything I thought it would be and more. From the very moment Decoy was introduced, there was something about him I was drawn to. Maybe it was those shy smiles that Folk talked about or the fact he is the best girl dad, or how incredibly patient he was with his ex. Whatever it was, he is magic, ironic since he thought Folk was the wizardry one. And Folk? Man, I loved him so much. He was exactly what Seth/Decoy needed and so much more. Their souls were perfect for one another. They felt truly fated like so many of the other Rebel king’s couples we’ve come to know and love. These men, the whole lot of ‘em, make my heart ache and melt all at once. Decoy and Folk, they were years in the making. They were ocean scents, sky full of stars and summer days, in other words, everything and anything, so much love and joy, happiness. Sunshine and storm clouds. It was years of foreplay, tons of sexual tension and the hottest kisses. There were so many good moments, so much sunshine. But like any great love story there was angst and heartbreak, anger and pain. I cried multiple times, for Decoy, Folk, Ivy, Embry and Mateo, Cam, Saint and Alexei. So many of these wonderful men gripped my heart, clenches it in their roughened hands and tore it apart, whether it was all the love or the troubles they faced. The ending was so dang fitting, I loved how Garrett Leigh took care of all their problems. The writing was phenomenal. This story was really everything from Sunshine to storms. The love and brotherhood of these men and the women of their lives, makes me wish for that kind of family and support. That kind of friendship . And definitely that kind of toe curling, heart stopping love. I absolutely devoured this book and up til now the first two in the series had remained my favorite but this one? Blew em out of the water. And the narrator does an amazing job bringing these men to life. Absolutely loving his voice.

This was so well done. I loved the story, and it was narrated beautifully. I’m excited for the next one. Loved it!

Love!

The best aspect of this series, in my opinion, is the portrayal of relationships. You really get to know each character, and seeing how they interact from an outside perspective in other books is fascinating. I adore the big-hearted characters, badass women, and strong children. Although I've already read the next book, I'm eagerly anticipating the audiobook; the narrator does an excellent job! Thank you Garrett Leigh for creating this universe!

My favorite book of the series so far and to hear Folk and Decoy come to life was awesome!

Sweetest family.

My favorite of the series. Loved everything about Decoy and Folk. Love their back history, the family vibes,slightly dangerous protector and forced proximity trope always hits just right. I adore the friendship between Alexei and Folk so much as well.
As always Dan Calley’s narration is superb.

Fist of all, I’ve listened to this series like 10x now and I forgot to review the most lovable boys ever! Shame on me!

Anywho— enough with my dramatics.

I can not begin to explain the choke hold this series has of me. All the characters are so good. I can’t even pick a favorite anymore because I’m genuinely obsessed with them all.

Folk is this gentle, silently diabolical- hero. If I were a criminal- ide be afraid.

Decoy— oh man, he is all love. He is the most gentle giant. You think ruby is the giant love-bear- nah- Decoy. And loke but you have to keep going in the series to meet him.
